YES! We can deliver to you!
|TIME AND AVAILABILITY||
Our delivery is quite unique, as we work with our partner importers who supply us the wines to ship to you. This allows you to have much more choice than one shop in general, but the only thing we ask in return is a little patience in delivery and the understanding, that their might be the possibility that one of your wines could be unexpectedly out of stock. andIf ordered by 10am on Tuesday, we pick up the ordered wines on Wednesdays from our partners, and aim to dispatch the same day! If in Germany, you can expect your wines within 2-3 working days of his day. If elsewhere in Europe, expect between 2-6 working days.
Pet Nat Party Box with Book DEAL!
Price includes taxes, but not delivery
The sun is shining and that can only mean one thing: It's Pet-Nat time!!! I mean... what better type of wine is there to drink with some friends whilst having a laugh?
For those unaware, Pet-Nats are sparkling wines which are very popular in the natural wine scene, in which the final part of the fermentation takes place within the bottle.
They are then often 'disgorged' to remove yeasty sediment, but sometimes not. They have a very unique taste compared to Cremant or Prosecco wines.
We thought we'd put together a box for all you bubbly fans to have a proper pet-nat party with. Whether new to natural wines or very familiar with them - EVERYONE will love these five pet-nats from five different countries!
And if you still can't get enough of this bubbly drink, how about reading Rachel Signer's awesome natural wine soaked autobiography "You had me at Pet Nat" whilst sipping on one of these yummy wines?
So what's in this wonderful box of fizz?
This is a total juice for a pet nat! We get notes of tart and sour rhubarb, mingling with herbal touches, vanilla, baking spices and and cherry car sweets. A real delight and despite the colour, not explosive!
Country: Czech Republic - Grapes: Saint Laurent, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch / Alcohol: 10.5%
Maloof Wines (USA) - L`eau Epicée Pet Nat
Nice, clean and interesting US Pet Nat from Oregon's Maloof Wines. Serve very cold. Notes of pear, elderflower and vanilla. We can also say that he is a crazy nice guy, making yummy wines in Oregon.
Country: USA (Oregon) - Grapes: Gewürztraminer, Riesling - Alcohol: 11%
This is a super fun wine for a warm afternoon, or nibbles on cheese and charcuterie. It actually tastes like a German Lambrusco! It’s essentially a fruity, light red with a rounded mouthfeel, yet minimal tannins. Notes of blackcurrant, grape, cola, fizzy sweets and lime. Ideal to take to the park.
Country: Germany - Grapes: Dornfelder, Sylvaner - Alcohol: 9.5%
This is an easy, fresh pet nat with a nice mineral touch. Ideal for the sun, we found a nice salinity running through it alongside hints of wet pebble, white peach, cream, melon and vanilla essence. A perfect pet nat for hot afternoons.
Country: Italy - Grapes: Catarrato - Alcohol: 12,5%
This is an awesome Pet Nat for winelovers looking for a little adventure. It really impressed us beyond what most Pet Nats do. It is wild, unique and slightly floral with a touch of cinnamon too.
Country: France - Grapes: Riesling - Alcohol: 14%
Have you ever been sidetracked by something that turned into a career path? Did you ever think you were looking for a certain kind of romantic partner, but fell in love with someone wild, passionate and with a completely different life? For Signer, the discovery of natural wine became an introduction to a larger ethos and philosophy that she had long craved: one rooted in egalitarianism, diversity, organics, environmental concerns, and ancient traditions. In You Had Me at Pét-Nat, as Signer begins to truly understand these revolutionary wine producers upending the industry, their deep commitment to making their wine with integrity and with as little intervention as possible, she is smacked with the realization that unless she faces, head-on, her own issues with commitment, she will not be able to live a life that is as freewheeling, unpredictable, and singular as the wine she loves.
