Alice and Roland Tauss make exceptional wine in Styria, which we truly adore. Having started out making conventional wine in 1991 but converted fully to chemical-free & holistic viticulture in 2005. Part of the legendary 'Schmecke das Leben' group with their neighbours Andreas Tscheppe, Strohmeier, Werlitsch and Muster - biodiversity, nature and life are key to everything the Tauss family do, and this is evident as soon as you try their wines.
