The eldest vineyards adopts the grandparent’s faces, Mechtild and Bertholdi, which represent the depth and finesse of the plots. Whilst in comparison the “children” Theodora, Winifred & Atanasius showcase their youth through energy and upfront boldness. The parents, Timotheus, Josephine, Joschuari and Emmeram are made from grapes in vineyards allowing more sun-exposure allowing for more ripeness to be tasted, which present a more in-control and powerful personality to them, like parents often have.
