This white wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-be\/collections\/xarel-lo\"\u003eXarel lo\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, hence the name. Xarel-lo is a common grape in the region, often used as part of a blend for Cava production. When made into a still wine, it can really shine in the right hands, like here with Antonella and Massimo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDrinking XL from Partida Creus\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have not tried this vintage of XL, but can state the 2021 vintage is super bright with a lovely little sharp reduction yet remains citrus-fresh and with a lovely salty touch to it. It's got a refreshing, thin mouthfeel with a green apple and melon finish.
