The wine is first fermented and aged in stainless-steel tanks for two months, then before fermentation is completed, it spends an additional eleven months aging on its own lees in the bottle before disgorgement. There is \u003cstrong\u003eno skin contact\u003c\/strong\u003e during production, as the grapes are directly pressed.
