Next to quince, ripe apple and yeast aromas we can find more subtle toasty and herbal notes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBrigitte and Ewald Tscheppe from Werlitsch, together with Styrian wine producers Taus, Tscheppe, Muster and Strohmeier, belong to the \u003cstrong\u003e‘Schmecke das Leben’\u003c\/strong\u003e (‘Taste life’) group. \u003cbr\u003eTheir philosophy is about protecting the land, and making authentic and expressive natural wines that stay honest to their roots.
