This orange wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-ch\/collections\/grenache-blanc\"\u003eGrenache Blanc\u003c\/a\u003e grapes from 65 year old vines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrown on limestone marl soils in Aspiran, in the Hérault Valley, this cuvée draws its character from very old Grenache vines and low yields (32 hl\/ha).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are destemmed and macerated for 41 days, then aged for 8 months in a sandstone jar, with no added sulphites.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaker tasting notes \u003c\/strong\u003edescribe an intense nose, with the classic markers of Grenache plus a very chalky, mineral edge.
