This Red-White blended wine (in the form of a faux-Rosè) is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-ch\/collections\/chenin-blanc\"\u003eChenin Blanc\u003c\/a\u003e and \u003ca href=\"\/en-ch\/collections\/chenin-blanc\"\u003eSyrah\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, which really is quite an unusual and fun mix! It's clled Synin as a reference the Syrah and Chenin, hence Synin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTasting this gives off an explosion of unexpected flavours. Visiting Alice Bouvot of Domaine de l'Octavin in Arbois, Jura again was a true pleasure. Alice is a gentle soul, thoughtful and somewhat spiritual.
