Ploussard 2022

Ploussard 2022  is a natural wine crafted by Sylvain Jaquot of Caveau du Val de l'Amour  in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Ploussard / Poulsard grapes, vinified in his winery in Cramans just north of Arbois, which is essentially his garage at the back of his house.

 Its a very small operation, and he farms just 1.5-2 hectares so these wines are not easy to come by, and not too much sold outside the region.

This Poulsard rocks! But like his other wines give it a carafe to get the best out of it, which with sone air allows notes of smoke, prunes and sour cherries to pop alongside a lot more!
