This short-macerated Saperavi highlights a fresher, more vibrant expression of the variety while preserving its natural depth and structure.

 We have not yet tried this new wine but hear this Saparavi is expressive and juicy, expect aromas of fresh black cherry, wild plum and red currant, complemented by hints of violet and bright pomegranate. On the palate it is lively and fruit-driven, supported by crisp acidity and soft, youthful tannins that provide gentle grip. Subtle herbal nuances pair with a delicate and stony mineral complexity, leading to a fresh, energetic finish —serious, but still a joy to drink.
