Stalisma Rosé 2023

Stalisma Rosé is a natural wine crafted by Kamara Pure, in the Macedonia region in Greece. This bright and mineralic Rosé wine is made with Xinomavro grapes, giving of a lovely salty touch and hints of macerated strawberries, Mediterranean herbs and white pepper. Super delicious, and evolves a lot in the glass from first to last!

Kamara Pure Tasting notes: Really profound nice rose color.  The nose is the characteristic of Xinomavro variety: sun dried tomatoes and black olives.Hints of strawberry and blackberry complete this impressive bouquet. In the mouth, rich, with intense and noticeable but well balanced acidity. At the end, the long persistent fruity aftertaste with little residual sugar leaves an impressive ‘greek summer’ sensation.

History of this label: Stalisma is when a shepherd and his herd are taking a rest in a shady place on a summer afternoon where a cool breeze comes through. Stalisma wines are like that. They are refreshing, just like the cool fresh air during the hot summer days.
