Sinfonia di Rosso 2021

Sinfonia di Rosso is a natural wine crafted by Alessandro Viola, in the Sicily region in Italy. This red wine is made with Nerello Mascalese grapes, and here it has been aged in almost new Chesnut barrels which tend to give wines a slightly smokier aroma.

This Nerello Mascalese wine is bursting full of light fruits like cherries and redcurrants, alongside touches of peoper and nutmeg. Elegant and serious. A wonderful expression of the grape
