Bat Nat 2024 is a natural wine crafted by 2Naturkinder, in the Franken region in Germany. This sparkling wine is made with Pinot Meunier aka Schwarzriesling and Pinot Gris grapes.
We have not yet tried this vintage, but from what we know, this vintage of Bat Nat 2024 from 2Naturkinder is wild yet playful, offering a lively bouquet of juicy cherry, red berries, and a touch of citrus balanced by fine yeasty and mineral notes. The palate is dry and very fresh, carried by vibrant bubbles and a gentle creamy mousse that enhances its easygoing character.
It is lightly textured with a bit of grip, maintaining a summery, highly drinkable profile underscored by a lightly wild, natural impression.
The natural wine Bat Nat 2024 from the producer 2Naturkinder, vintage 2024, is made from 100% Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier).
