Antilope 0,0% abv is a slightly sparkling, natural, alcohol free wine alternatifve crafted by Domaine des Grottes, in the Beaujolais region in France. This alcohol free wine alternative known as a Proxy Wine, is made with a mix of white grapes, apple juice and herbs. Instead of many other alcohol free proxy wines, this has not gone through fermentaton, but is surprisingly not really sweet at all!

The bursts of apple juice taste of exceptional quality and work so well with the grapes. There is a sensual smell too, giving soft complexity beyond just the juice aspect, almost smells a bit like cinnamon and vanilla biscuits as well as pears (even though pear is not used, perhaps the combo of apple and grape give this). The soft inclusion of pine gives a little depth too.
