Production details of Annoulium Blanc: Annoulium Blanc (also written Annolium Blanc) is made by Camille and Mikaël Hyvert at Domaine des Trouillères in Auvergne. The blend is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from volcanic terroirs in the Côtes d'Auvergne. Gentle vinification with no additions, working with a lunar-calendar approach.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Annoulium Blanc by Domaine Des Trouillères, but we hear it has notes of yellow apple, lemon, fresh stone fruit and a mineral tension on the finish.
