El Regreso
Julián Ruiz’s relationship with wine began during childhood, when he spent long days beside his grandfather in the vineyards and winery. There he learned the seasonal rhythm of pruning, caring for vines and harvesting grapes, experiences that would later shape his own path as a winemaker.
After university, Julián moved to China, where he spent more than a decade working in the wine trade. Although his career took him far from home, his interest in vineyards and winemaking remained. He eventually returned to Albacete and created El Regreso, a name that reflects both his personal return and his renewed connection with the land and traditions of his childhood.
