It shows the perfumed style Gewurztraminer it is usually known for, but gives off more to discover as well which we very much enjoy. There is the floral aspects alongside honeyed touches, grapefruit, kumquat and wet grass hints. There is some mineralic tension and a hint of sweetness on the finish that really takes the wine to a more interesting place, and makes us feel like pairing this with spicy thai food, an interesting salad or even an afternoon cake.
