Expect a lower-acidity rosé from this hotter climate. Frappato is light and fragrant, with under 2,000 acres worldwide and nearly entirely on Sicily. Wild ferment with minimal intervention.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Zahia Rosato by Midia, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, strawberry, light spice and a soft Sicilian warmth.
