Sinestèsia Blanca 2024

Sinestèsia Blanca 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Pinyolet Vinyaters, in the Catalonia region in Spain.  This crisp white wine is made with 100% Grenache Blanc, destemmed and macerated for 2 days on the skins. No added sulphites

Harvest from 50-year-old bush vines and 5-year-old young vines. Located at an altitude of 120m with clay-limestone soil and an east-facing orientation, with a total area of 1ha.

This is a young white wine, pale and bright in appearance. The nose is dominated by aromas of yeast, herbs and pastry, with subtle hints of stone fruit. On the palate, it is enveloping, with a bursts of green apples, peach, creamy melon with a salty, mineralic edge and medium-low acidity.

Whilst being not too high acid, this lovely white wine is refreshing, expressive, and with a distinctly Mediterranean, slightly salty character we adore!
