The vineyards sit on the northern side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains between 1080 and 1200 metres, where hot days and cold nights drive concentration and freshness. The blend uses Macabeu, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes ferment with wild yeasts, are pressed directly in steel and age 6 months in steel.
