It now has Wendy Wilson as the head winemaker looking after 22 hectares of vines planted on Granite and Schist, which whilst natural are made in a slightly more refined, classic style. In addition to their Trigone house wines, they also make a tasty orange wine called La Macération du Soula\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e The region is in the French Pyrenees, in a region called Fenouillèdes situated between Catalonia and the Languedoc with some higher altitiude positions.
