This sparkling Cremant wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-it\/collections\/pinot-noir\"\u003ePinot Noir\u003c\/a\u003e, \u003ca href=\"\/en-it\/collections\/trousseau\"\u003eTrousseau\u003c\/a\u003e as well as \u003ca href=\"\/en-it\/collections\/chardonnay\"\u003eChardonnay\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, split equally into thirds. The wine was bottled in May 2022 and disgorged in April 2025 by Valerntin Morel, in his winery in Poligny.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHere, don’t expect boring “fresh” flavours, but instead on the nose there is cardamom, vanilla, honeysuckle and bruised apple which leads to a special palate featuring a mild nuttyness alongside melon and more complexity.
