The wines are approachable and easy-drinking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e“Genchi” is a quaffable and contemplative orange wine made from a blend of Niagara fermented by maceration carbonique and Japanese hybrid Neo Muscat fermented on amphorae.
