Founded by Massimo Antonuzi and Patrizia Montanari who used to run a natural wine shop in Rome, the two decided to head to the countryside having found some abandoned vineyards they were able to acquire. \u003c\/p\u003e Farming Trebbiano, Procanico, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Greghetto and Ciliegiolo, the Cantina Ortaccio wines feature volcanic soil and this gives off a certain vibrancy, in addition to the fact that no added sulphur is used in the wines.
