Especially with a cheeseboard! The addition of white grape Muscat is what helps lift the body of the wine to be more lighter, despite the spicier touches from the Syrah and Grenache which would usually make it quite a medium-heavy wine. Here its very, very drinkable but still has some soul!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThis smooth 2021 blend has great depth on the finish considering its fresh and youthful mouthfeel. These are old vines, 80 year olds grown on basalt soil. Vinified with semi-carbonique maceration in amphora and aged in oak barrel.\u003c\/p\u003e Tastewise, this awesome red features excellent minerality that is very prominent from the volcanic soils it is grown on, alongside black cherry hits and some delightful spice.
