For Didier, he hates to spray any chemicals or sulphur and copper on his vines, which Hybrid vines do not need, as they are resistant to diseases.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDidier has in fact said he will never plant another non-Hybrid vine in the Jura again, but will continue to farm his traditional Jura varietals.
