If wanting to pair this with food, a good option could be charcuterie, a roast chicken or a spicy takeaway pizza\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e80% Cinsault with 15% Grenache and 5% Carignan, from Gobebet bush vines between ten and thirty years old across three and a half hectares of sandstone, limestone and sandy clay at 100 metres. Picked by hand into crates, whole bunches in tank for three to four days with nothing pumped over or stirred, then six months in steel.
