We were thrilled to discover them at a wine fair in Poland, where their wines impressed over everyone else’s we tried, for their depth and complexity. Plus… its not common to find natural wines from Andalusia in Spain, and thats quite a shame. A lot of the production here goes towards conventional, fortified Sherry wines and this makes up most of the wine income of the region. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRoca Viva work with their own vineyard and local growers, having shown them the path towards sustainable agriculture and better vineyard management to increase the quality of their yield, even if it means less yield to harvest. This wine is a favourite of ours to recommend because it really has a gastronomic presence.
