With softer bubles than expect, this drinks more similar to an elegant Cremant than a pet nat. Acidity is not too high either, yet enough to keep it lively. The two formed a strong friendship, and over the years Julien started to release his own Negoce wines under the name Sextant. Dominque Derain decided to retire, and Julien Altaber now runs the domaine with his wife and partner Carole Schwab.
