The vines are on average 50 years old and are cultivated at a planting density of 7,000 vines per hectare. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo a long maceration and spontaneous fermentation in barrels, followed by six months of aging without filtration or added sulfites.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eExpect bright forest fruits, a touch of spice, smoke and a soft floral touch... with some of that Tissot magic too!
