This white wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-it\/collections\/chardonnay\"\u003eChardonnay\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, which are grown on the Gaudrettes plot which was planted in 1975 outside the vilage of Pupillin, just up the road from Arbois and with a higher elevation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere have been three bottlings of this wine and vintage, of which this is the third bottling, hence the name. It was bottled on August 2020 after spending 2 years in the barrel after fermenting in stainless steel tanks. It has spent this time aging in bottle at the domaine until being shipped to us in November 2025.
