After gaining experience in wineries in different parts of the world, they settled in the region with around two and a half hectares. The estate has since expanded to roughly eight hectares spread between Cheillé, Lignières-de-Touraine and Azay-le-Rideau.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTheir vineyards form a patchwork of soils, vine ages and exposures. In Cheillé, Chenin Blanc, Grolleau and Côt grow mainly on clay with flint. Around Lignières-de-Touraine, Grolleau occupies lighter, sandier ground, while other parcels include quartz and stony clay.
