They inherited the 5.8-hectare estate in 2017 from Jean-Pierre Pradier, founder of the Côtes d'Auvergne AOC, and immediately began farming using a lunar-calendar approach. The Pinot Noir comes from clay-limestone and basaltic (volcanic) soils. Vines are planted between 380 and 500m. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and ferment wild in cement tank, then age in fibreglass.
