The final cuvée is composed of Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane, with up to 10% reserve wine. Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts, without fining or filtration. The wine is aged 90% in old French oak barrels and 10% in qvevri, followed by at least 15 months on the lees.
