After mildew wiped out 90% of his 2020 crop, this is the one wine Oriol managed to save from his own vines. It blends 75% Pansa Blanca with 15% Garnatxa Negra and 10% other varieties on granite soils. Most of the grapes are destemmed (around 15% of the Garnatxa stays whole cluster) and ferment in stainless steel with 2 days of gentle skin maceration.
