The blend is Xarel·lo (locally Pansa Blanca), Macabeu and Parellada from cooler maritime Comtats de Barcelona. Their terraced vineyards sit within the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, just over a mile from the Mediterranean and a short 20-minute drive from Barcelona. The family has farmed without synthetic chemistry since founding the winery in 1991.
