There is a lively tension on the palate, mineralic and mildly grippy but it still remains super fresh and also interesting, with the blanc de noir aspect of the Cabernet Franc being made into a white. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect pops of citrus amongst a party of mint, peach, strawberry fromage frais yogurt and stoney mineralic aspects all mingling well together.
