The grapes are pressed directly, which is why the colour is white (red grapes also produce white juice, its the skins that give the colour).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis unusual white wine is\u003cstrong\u003e good value\u003c\/strong\u003e with a big lactic vibe drinking now (Jan 2026) alongside notes of \u003cstrong\u003egreen apple, melon, banana and lime alongside a slight mineralic touch, although the yogurt fromage frais aspect dominates at the moment.
