This white wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/chardonnay\"\u003eChardonnay\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, is taken from old vines in the appellation of Arbois, rather than the other which is Cotes du Jura.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is made is winemaker Sylvain Jacquots winery, which is essentially his garage at the back of the house. This is much more a passion project than big commercial operation, and he farms just 1.5-2 hectares, so these wines are hard to come by! We adore them!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis 2022 is very delightful, especially with a (recommended) caraffe to awake a bit. Slightly herbal (minty?), slightly nutty yet Ouillé (topped up barrels) with a somewhat vanilla cream finish after pops of sharp lemon fruit flesh and grapefruit zest.
