The blend is 97% Malbec and 3% Merlot. Grapes are sorted in the vineyard, destemmed at the cellar, and given 30 days of maceration with daily punch-downs at the start of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks, then 12 months in barrels used twice. 27-hectare estate farmed without synthetic chemistry since 2012. No herbicides, manual work with green harvest reducing to 4-5 bunches per vine.
