Oddly this dissapears on second sip and rest of the bottle! Must be something with the disgorgement process as sometimes happens with zero sulphite wine, we happily polished off the bottle - it’s delicous! Complex, slightly nutty, marzipan notes and sultanas, but not too golden in that reapect, still fresh and mildly aromatic.
