This red wine is made with a blend of 30% \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/pinot-noir\"\u003ePinot Noir\u003c\/a\u003e and 70% \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/pinot-noir\"\u003eTrousseau\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, which is made in a carbonic method bringing out big fruit and less tannin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is aged in Qvevris, and the previous vintage had a pleasant reduction on it leading to a \u003cstrong\u003estrawberry cordial, thyme and bubble gum vibe\u003c\/strong\u003e. There is a little tannic grip, but the very carbonic aspect gives it a unique dimension. REALLY AWESOME!
