Ever so slightly smokey,  flinty, buttery and camomile notes.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFounder Tomofumi Fujimaru has been one of the key figures in making wine a more popular and natural part of the Japanese everyday cuisine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Osaka team works primarily with vineyards in the local area, the small Tokyo winery focuses on single-varietal wines made in collaboration with farmers from Japan’s eastern regions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Chardonnay comes from a vineyard of dark volcanic soil in the Yamagata prefecture, where European varieties have been grown since the 1960s.
