Their whole argument is that a drink without alcohol should be its own thing rather than a watered-down copy, and the results turn up on Michelin-starred wine lists around the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBlonde Funky is the orange wine in the range: less acidic than Blonde Crisp and a good deal spicier, with texture standing in for tannin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe have not yet tried it, but we hear it is aromatic and slightly bitter, with hops, pine, cloudberries, rhubarb and white pepper.
