They farm 2 hectares planted with Riesling, Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, all of which go into this wine. The vineyards are kept healthy with sheep grazing between the rows. The wine combines the best selections over two vintages and ages on its lees for 12 to 24 months.
