The berries are carefully pressed with a 200 year old wooden press, fermented spontaneously and matured for 2 years in used 500 litre barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the most traditional and intensive expression of the wine family, a fully-grown, meaty-spicy Blaufränkisch with a convincing earthy calm \u0026amp; depth. Serious, complex and profound as befits a head of the family.
