This orange wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/chkhaveri\"\u003eChkhaveri \u003c\/a\u003e grapes which were\u003cspan\u003e left on the mash for a week, which gave it a pink-rusty tint. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Chkhaveri grape variety can be pressed directly to make a white wine, left on the mash for a short time to become a rosé (or as our winemaker calls it: amber), or left on the mash for longer to become a red wine. Here, fruity tones of \u003cstrong\u003ered currants\u003c\/strong\u003e mix with\u003cstrong\u003e earthy\u003c\/strong\u003e tones and a light acidity.
