They started in 2015 with a tiny hectare and now work nearly five. The 100% Blaufränkisch comes from their Neuberg vineyard, close to Lake Neusiedl, whose climate-moderating effect is key to the region. The wine is 1\/3 whole bunch and 2\/3 destemmed, fermented in steel for 10 days with no punchdowns and light infusion.
