The Bambule range are Judith Beck's most premium plots and feature not added sulphur. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProduction details of Zweigelt Bambule:\u003c\/strong\u003e Zweigelt Bambule comes from Judith Beck's Kurzberg vineyard, a half-hectare south-west exposed plot on sandy loam and limestone soils, just west of her Gols winery in Burgenland. The technique is unusual. The tops are removed from 500-litre barrels positioned under the de-stemmer so the grapes fall directly into upright barrels. CO2 is added, the barrels are sealed with plastic sheeting, and 3 weeks of simultaneous alcoholic and carbonic fermentation begins inside the intact berries.
