These grapes are fermented in a Semi-Carbonic method, and left to macerate on the skins for 12 days before resting in concrete tanks for 9 months. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHow does Olla Rouge taste?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe have not yet tried this 2025 vintage as it just came in at time of writing, but Olla Rouge 2024 featured \u003cstrong\u003epunky, high acidity\u003c\/strong\u003e that makes it very \u003cstrong\u003ethirst-quenching\u003c\/strong\u003e and ready for another sip, with volatile elements some will love more than others. We're talking real energy.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFlavourwise, expect big red fruit, vanilla and even some black tea vibes. \u003c\/strong\u003e We think it's d\u003cspan\u003eelicious!
